Little Helper

This is a picture of my beautiful Ragdoll cat "Sophie".  She is not your typical cat, she truly wants to be where all of the action is and oddly enough likes water.  I was sewing the other day and she just jumped up on my lap in the middle of my project.  Then she decided that she was going to lounge on my cutting board.  Gotta love 'em!! 

Charcoal Gray Frilly Flower Tote

Hello all!  It has been awhile since my last post. Things have been great, but busy!  I have been creating a lot of fun, bright bags and have many available in the Crafter's Boutique in Ankeny.  Even though I absolutely love the vibrant, fun colors/patterns that I've been making, I have new ideas that I want to share.

I am in the process of creating neutral, solid fabric totes.  These are fun totes that will go with anything and are great to even carry as a purse.  The below tote I created today is a charcoal gray fabric with a light gray flower/liner.  I also plan to make black/gray, brown/cream, black/cream, just to name a few.

New Vision

Hello!  I am painting buttons this afternoon for new tote creations.  I am feeling so inspired by this weekend's womens' conference.  I am filled with more peace and inspiration than can be explained.  I'm having many visions of new bags in my sleep! ha!!  My new totes will feature lots of sparkles and glitter, inspired by a friend of mine. Here is a picture I wish to share with you. 

Funky Ruffles
